These statements serve as a gentle reminder of pending dues while also acknowledging any credits present on the accounts. Please be aware that a negative balance denotes a credit. Should your account solely consist of credits, there is no need for payment. However, should you wish to request a refund for any credited amount, kindly reach out to us at bsm@newfarmss.eq.edu.au, and we will gladly assist you in processing the refund.
