As we approach the midway point of Term 1, we are in the process of finalising our accounts as various events and activities unfold throughout the term. We understand that amidst the busyness of the term, it's possible for invoices to go unnoticed.
To ensure clarity and transparency regarding outstanding invoices and credits on accounts, we will be issuing statements of accounts to all families in the coming days. Should you find a credit on your account, it will be displayed as a negative figure (e.g., -$15.00). If you require clarification or assistance in understanding your account status, please don't hesitate to reach out to our administrative team, who will be more than happy to assist you.
At our school, we strongly encourage families to consider entering into payment agreements to alleviate any financial strain associated with fees. Our aim is to ensure that all children have equitable access to resources and events. Payment plan application forms are readily available for collection from the administrative office.
