Nominations:
Students wishing to nominate for leadership positions in 2024 must complete a nomination form, outlining all positions for which they are applying (ie is School or Vice-Captain and House Captain), and no further nominations will be taken after the closing date, Thursday 14 September 3pm.For example, a student may wish to apply for Binkinba House Captain only and so would not add any other nominations to the form. However, another student may nominate for School Captain and Binkinba House Captain, so that if they are firstly unsuccessful in School Captain, they can still try out for House Captain. It should be clear though that if a student nominates only for School Captain and is unsuccessful, they cannot then nominate for a House Captain position unless it has been included on their original nomination form.
2024 Badge Ceremony – to be announced – anticipated around week 8 Term 1
School Review
Congratulations to all staff, parents and students who contributed to the review. Once I receive the final executive summary and report, I will present this to the P&C and it will be published on our website. The affirmations and recommendations will form a large part of information which will go to setting our new strategic direction 2024-27. There will be further feedback opportunities through individual parent surveys and P&C group sessions, which will help form the direction of our new School Strategic Plan and Annual Implementation Plan documents.
