Prep Vision Screening Reminder 

The Prep Vision Screening is less than 2 weeks away – 29 August, Week 8. 

The following online consent form link for the free Prep Vision Screening has been extended until Monday 21st August 2023.

You scan the QR code on the Prep Vision Posters outside of the Prep classrooms.
