Dear school community

There has been an amazing response to the call out for helpers to plan the Fete.  This is what we can tell you so far:

• The Fete is intended to be a community event that builds school connections and forges/strengthens connections to the broader neighbourhood
• The Fete will also be an opportunity for us to fund-raise for things such as improved play/outdoor areas and towards activities that support the inclusion of families and children
• Instead of a single convenor there is a Leadership Group made up of Royce, Daniel, Lyn and Annalisa
• There will be a call-out to all class reps to choose a fete rep/s from the class who will help to coordinate your class contribution
• The theme of the Fete is a Christmas Market with inclusive activities that reflect our school’s diversity
• There will be free activities included so everyone can take part
• The Fete will be on Saturday 11 November 2023 from 3pm-9pm so save the date.

So how can you be involved: email president@nfsspandc.com.au to express your interest or nominate to help be the Fete Rep/s through your class rep.

We are meeting to plan the Fete every two weeks in the F Block level 3 Library. The next meeting is the  Tuesday 13 June 2023 at 7.00pm.
