PBL – Be Responsible
All students should be in the correct area before and after school.
At 8.30 a.m. students are supervised on the netball court, the oval and in front of reception. Preps are permitted in Little Play, with parental supervision. Adventure Playgrounds, Little Farm and around E block are all out of bounds.
After school, students should make their way to Schools Plus, home or the Pick-Up Zone. All other areas are out of bounds.
Daily Writing
A huge thank you to Mel Beikoff, Louis’s Mum, for setting up our week 5, whole school writing stimulus. I’ve attached two pieces of student writing: Zumchung - Yr3 and Sylvia - Prep
The children have really enjoyed visiting this great 3D display, and then writing about it in class. If you are feeling creative and would like to set up term 3’s week 5 display, please contact me at kbrad27@eq.edu.au
Uniform Reminders
Just a reminder that any earrings worn to school, should be small studs or hoops. More elaborate earrings should be for evenings and weekends.
Although other Jumpers can be worn on the way to school, students should only be wearing uniform ones when at school.
Any watch capable of taking photographs and or communication needs to handed into the office, with student phones. This applies, even if a device is set in school mode.
