‘Name the Crane’ competition for Years 2 to 4 students

Just down the road, the Kangaroo Point Green Bridge is beginning to take shape. This is a Brisbane City Council project being delivered by Connect Brisbane (led by construction company BESIX Watpac). The bridge will connect the CBD with Kangaroo Point.

The world’s largest capacity tower crane, the 2480D heavy lift luffing crane has arrived on site – and it needs a name. Years 2 to 4 students are invited to participate in a ‘Name the Crane’ colouring competition.

Students have been given a colouring-in form and this needs to be completed by the student and signed by parents/guardians. The winning entry will receive a prize and will be invited to visit the project site.

The competition closes 17 March 2023.
