Little Farm
Classes are now accessing Little Farm as a play and learning space within our grounds. After a long wait the students and staff are thoroughly enjoying the newly established area. We are all caring for the plants to help establish the new gardens. It is a beautiful area and students seem to be loving the chance to explore it.

Also a huge thank you to our parent group who tend to our Little Patch area which looks amazing at the moment. The ground work in this area has now been approved and should be underway soon.
Term 3 Drills- Evacuation and Lockdown.
This week we have run our Lockdown and Evacuation Drills to ensure all staff, students and visitors on our site are familiar with procedures for emergency drills in our new facilities. Reminder to all vistors to sign on at the office when you attend the school to volunteer.

COVID safe requirements
Who is required to wear a face mask?
Face masks are not required to be worn in Queensland, including at schools and early childhood centres, except for close contacts or anyone following isolation requirements for confirmed cases of COVID-19. More information is available on the face masks page.
What are schools doing to keep our children safe?
Schools and early childhood services have a number of measures in place to create a COVID safe environment for our children and staff, including hygiene measures, cleaning, physical distancing and ventilation. More information is available on the creating a COVID safe environment page.
Who is required to be vaccinated for COVID-19?
There is no longer a requirement for workers attending an education setting, including parents, carers, workers and volunteers, to be vaccinated for COVID-19. State schools do not need to verify the vaccination status of visitors, including workers or volunteers, and the Check In Qld app is not required to be used in schools.
